You keep posting the message"Visit fm.en.navyfield.com if you have technical problems." in the battle rooms but you take so long to answer players tickets.

If I complete a battle, return to the dockyard to repair and re-arm etc., leave the dockyard and try to enter a new battle room,l  the program crashes.  I reported this in a ticket on 18th September and since then I have entered several items of follow up information.  I have not even received a "Thank you for your report, we will try to work out what is wrong." message in reply.
