I myself encountered a problem like "NavyField.exe stop working".

Solution: You need to go to the game folder, select NavyField_LAUNCHER.exe and go to the property, Then you need to go to the tab of compatibility and select the compatibility mode "Windsor XP (Service Pack 3)." You also need to tick the "Run as Administrator" checkbox, and press Apply button and OK.
 I practise than on win10(steam).
