For some reason none of my purchases are showing anymore.

Was there a complete server wipe?

Or is there a way to get old Bismarck server items/accounts moved to the new server?

I have three premium ships and 11 sailor items currently lost, not accounting for the lvls lost of my nations, Trie3 german subcrews and submarine, Trie2 in US and Japanese subs, plus the high trie Battleships and cruisers, and all crews and sailor items used on them to enhance their skills.

Can anyone provide an answer to this?
