It means when you recover your account, you are saying who you say you really are.


They aren't just gonna give up an account to anyone without the proper proof. It's the same thing with any game company, a good example being Wargaming Inc.

Only the info that you know on that account, only YOU would know.

it happened when u ask for unban your account not recovry account so that is stupid ... cuz  it's kust unban 

Well It makes no sense at all .. because Most of players from beta had mad thier accounts before even having IDs due to thier ages were under the leagle age to get one !

So most of the returning players in first place have NOT enter any information that may be stored on thier government ID .. or may HAVE data changes as location of living for ex.. !

Speacially in Arab countries, leagle age is 16 ~ 18 years old .. so if you were 15 when you made your account, clearly you have NOT enter any thing related to the ID you been asked to send to SDE as a proof you are THE REAL ACCOUNT OWNER !!!!!
