Just remember. 

First, you should snatch the air power. 

Second, use fighters to light the enemy force. 

Third,use fighters to protect trip bombers and dive bombers. 

 

Finally, defeat a numerically superior and powerful with a small and weak force!

Was looking at your video, here are some pointers;

 

You need more than 2 fighter pilots on your cv, with more pilots you can load up your planes faster as you space out the planes being readied over 3 or 4 figher pilots. If you are a FW you should have lots of Ftr Pilots, I run with 8 and thus can load up planes on 4 pilots at a time;

Group together the launched Ftr's as they attack better, control their altitude over the enemy line to avoid AA;

Control your ftr's when engaging enemy ftrs, drag them to the side a bit and let them turn to attack the enemy planes. Always control your planes as you can win over higher lvl ftrs that are not controlled by the other player.
