  • sleep mode broken

cant wake my account up.

And yes im not the one at fault

ive checked my password, i even changed my password
ive varified my account as well
ive even put a wrong password in just to see and it comes up with wrong password message
what im getting is an error message "An error has occured during processing"

another thing ive noticed is that the old way of waking up a sleeping account needed both the password and the trade  password however this new system only needs the password ?
Has anyone else managed to wake up their sleeping account ? or put an account to sleep for that matter ??
