Just state some factors and provide my suggestions
Factors:
1.Fake vet convert rate
2.Constantly crash
3.Always delayed event
4.Zeta is too busy
Suggestions
1.Make special recognition to afk hosts(more than 3 times),so that players won't waste time on them
2.Recruit more gms(even for free or with routine oliver rewards)1 for EU 2 for NA 1 for SA 1 for Asia 1 for SEA.Just to make a gm team and try to make sure 24/7 online at least 1 gm.
3.More routine event.As you can see,player are more dedicated when there are events.even if its only 200%on weekends.

Tips to improve the game :
1) Max 2 BB6 in GB (1 per team only)
Regarding EBB6, remove the chance to join GBs if the BB6 number has been reached.
2) BRING BACK TRADE SYSTEM or, at least , a "fleet transfer system" , to transfer credits & points between fleet members.
This will give a great advantage to fleets, in this way more players will join fleets, and more events.
3) Set "No Way Out 1" as STANDARD map for ALL kinds of battles.
4) Recruit more TNF mods, I never see them on line. Many times I spend 6 - 8 hours on line, and nobody on line.
5) Set more EXP for fighters CV.
6) Max 2 smokes per battle, for each player.
7) Not anymore "delayed events"
In case of delay, set more exp or additional event time.

Additional tips :
1) R slots guns compulsory for BB4 OR ABOVE.
I saw EBB 6 Thunderer without rear gun, and fully armoured.
Same thing for Duke of Edimburgh.
Please stop this, it's pathetic.
BBs are made to stand a line, like WW1 tactic.
2) After the split in GB1 / GB2, the first line should be made full of BBs.
I mean the system should put in position all BBs in first line, automatically.
3) 15 seconds of time, before starting GB 1 or GB 2.
Many times, especially during week days, it needs almost 10 minutes to start a battle, and players start doing other things. With 15 seconds you have a little bit more breath to take positions.
4) Monday / Tuesday are almost impossible for leveling. Nobody on line (if there is not event).
We need to give a reason to players to be on line.
Random exp boosts WITHOUT informing players.
If you set "little quantities" , like +50 % exp for 1 hour, probably we get those few players more to start the rooms and play.
The boost must be compulsory EVERY monday/tuesday, but without saying which hour it will be in force. Players should find it being active.
You can do this 2 times per day, to help players from different parts of the World.
For example 06 AM - 06 PM , or similar.

dario why have the same idiots day in day out running around in OP charlies smoking and thinking there great players then add in all the ebb6/6.5/7 yes the new bread off OP playersthat think yhere real great as they outrange moost and run away faster thsn you can catch them so why not even it up for those that

I disagree with this. AW a ship is one of the way to play UK ships. If you want this to be taken away, its like removing the range advantage that the KM's ships have.

I also play UK armoured, but when I see EBB6 Thunderer without rear gun, it is idiot.
BBs are made to stand a line, and WHEN possible, to rush.
Front guns .only = not easy to hold the line & tons of armour more
I want to limit those players that just go straight ahed suiciding.
Just my personal opinion.
