  • Why TB so fragile on IJN sub?

Recently I got an  IJN SS5 Kai Kou with B6N2 TB, but I found the awkward truth that the same tb on SS5 seems so disappointingly weak and fragile that it even can be shot down by a dd's automatic anti-air rim.
Is the B6N2 on Sub not the one on a CV?

Base stats on a plane can make or break a low skilled pilot effectiveness on the aircraft. So usually a BVE pilot will offset this problem. That means 109+ vets. 200+ experts. No recruits and Boosted.

Thanks a lot, you sparked me and I found that if I put tb pilot at the first position not the last slot, it was quite different..
