Hi, here is a forum on the way, so to speak, a great debate

 

"THE LACK OF ATTENTION OF THE TICKETS", this situation in which many of us are still waiting for unanswered tickets ... there is a case that they have been untouched for 2-3 months ...

 

When we see a tnf online we usually wispear to ask the delay and they can not say that there are demaciados ticket and only 4 people to attend to people ... (WITHOUT MENTIONING THAT THERE ARE NEW PEOPLE WHO ASK FOR ANY MINIMAL PAVADA).

 

I urgently ask that the people of the TNF take action on the matter and incorporate more TNF MOD if necessary, since it can not be that a person waits months for a response that does not come to be accurate at all ....

 

Aconcejaria that stop doing badly achieved event, in which the objectives are not reached, it can not be that we still have problems, when we need a TNF online there is almost never anyone in any schedule ....

(incorporate TNF the idea of ??several countries to cover the slots!) ..

 

Basically I do not ask for much but it would be very good to bring more people to work in the TNF so I answered and solved the problems of players and in other part loosen a bit the work to those who are old!

I agree with you at all points. I was planning to open recruitment this week. 

Though 95% of the tickets need GM attention, we mods cannot help much at that point. I am pushing them to lower waiting time because it shouldn't be longer than a day imo. And no excuses in the upcoming words, just speaking truth here. I want you guys to know what's going on within the team. Vinnson is also occupied with NF Mobile which is why Zeta has been hired a while ago. Though Zeta has some personal problems at the moment which does not able him to a laptop. Someone who wants the best for the game would hire a temporary one to fill in the hours, but we all now SDE does not feel like spending some extra bucks to help the players out.

Zeta will work on the tickets whenever he can and once he's back 100%, the tickets will all be answered and cleared out.

Thanks for your time, and I hope that more tnf or Gms are incorporated to be able to have better answers to the players!

I have a simple question. What will the people for a long time with no response and not getting any help from GM? You need tips?

I will talk to the GMs about either solving those tickets or, when not able to solve, tell those players honestly they cannot find a solution for the problem (sucks 100% but I'd rather hear that than to wait 2 years).
