If there comes no answer on Ticket, try to use the Skype Support, or maybe "Navyfield Discord".

Yes you can try skype and maybe you get lucky but what John fails to mention is that there is little to no one to help with support. SDE doesn't see a need to have more staff so we're stuck with a fail game with no one to help. I wouldn't hold my breath getting anything back. 
I do wish you the best of luck though and it would be nice to have you back.

I would not say that support is dead, it is just overworked and will need time.

Beside that is it tricky, they would have to dig out the old files (HQ content) and that takes time and some player might be helped faster. Look around here, last year (some time ago) there was a guide how to retrieve old accounts. Better find that and use the advice,

No reason to sugarcoat... At least try it.
