I am puzzled with the ship tree of IJN.I know that it is possible to go to bbs and then switch to cvs. But is it possible to go along cv ship tree and then switch to super yamato.
Without ship tree reset.

No, you can only move to the right on the ship tree.  However, your Bridge Operator can Captain a premium battleship of the correct level, so at level 96 your Bridge Operator can command a Musashi.
