Can you let me know your computer spec(OS, RAM, HD, GPU) , internet speed and location you from? 


We are working on improving the stability problem.  Next month we should get a newer version with less crash rate and more compatibile with Win 7, 8 and 10.

Speed: ↓ 55,5 Mbit/s ↑ 10,0 Mbit/s

On Board Grafik Card...Intel HD.

The System runs good....but today and yesterday the crash rate is extremly high.

i always think that it is a problem somewhere betweem harrddisk and ram

(1) when some textures needed and is supposed to be loaded, is not loaded;

or
(2) when some instructions in ram needed to run, but were moved to other location

they both cause fatal error for application in protected mode.

its in the software or data handling!

my system is rather old. XPpro, 2.1ghz, 3GB RAM, Gforce 9xxx

i suffer 1,2,3 to 7 crashes the first login every day .its really hard ;-)

then for hours running fine.

then some single crashes, fine again.

differs from patch to patch over the years. last months getting worse, definitely.

never had crashes IN the battle before, only at start or end.

no, not the internet connection....since may 2017  99.99999% lag free! absolutely - no joke!

much slower connection as fearproject (16Mbit, max 10 in real)

he is a fleetmate, i ve seen him "practising login" all the weekend in fleet chat. me not...

other fleetmates the same, some crashing 1,2,3,4 times an hour , some "never".

and they have better systems than me ;-)

maybe information helps some way ?!

We are testing US east, US west, Frankfurt, Middle east line today.  Hope we can improve these soon. 

I built a spare PC. Win7 Ultimate. Installed NF. Crashed joining the room or starting a battle.

The usual run as Administrator and Win7 Compatability mode fixed almost all the crashes.

Try installing Microsoft Silver Light and make sure you have the latest Microsoft C+++ Visual installed and the lastest graphics update for your video device. Do this manually. Meaning seach the manufacturers web page for Updates. Dont use some auto update program.
