New rules on Harbor Assault (HA) will be effective on next week declaration.

New rules on Harbor Assault (HA)

1.     Cancel declaration after weekly server maintenance on Wednesday;

2.     Cancel declaration before HA start;

3.     Cancel declaration after HA start immediately;

4.     Cancel declaration after HA start, without creating any room, after certain time and/or wait till the end of HA

5.     Declare on HA but did not have enough power compare to the defend fleet

Penalty will be given to the fleet leader/fleet:

1.     Any fleet with action 1 to 4, we will stop that fleet to declare any HA for 1 month, message will send to the fleet leader inbox and register email address, with the penalty period, any fleet declare on HA in the penalty period, 1 month suspension will be given to the fleet leader account, and cancel all the owned harbor (if any)

2.     Any fleet with 20 or less members in the ranking and Hall of fame(overall score not zero), will consider as not enough power fleet to declare HA, if these fleet declare HA, cancel of declaration during weekly server maintenance officially. We will stop that fleet to declare any HA for 1 month, message will send to the fleet leader inbox and register email address, with the penalty period, any fleet declare on HA in the penalty period, 1 month suspension will be given to the fleet leader account, and cancel all the owned harbor (if any)

3.     Any fleet break the rules again after 1 month penalty, fleet leader account will be permanent suspension, and fleet will be dismissed.
