If you encounter cannot buy new ships, missing sailors AFTER 07-10-2020, please send us support ticket.

For issue of cannot buy ships, after verified your case, we will reset and temporary suspension your account, we will release your account once we restored.

For issue of missing sailors, we will check your case, return sailors item and/or restore sailors and/or sailors ability to you.

Please note that these missing sailors issue is not the sailor missing in NFNA, or account archived etc.
