Game version change to Newbie version, 6/6.5 series ships cannot join Great Battle room.

1.                        Increase client stability.

2.                        Enhance Sound Effect package available on Steam, https://store.steampowered.com/app/1458630/

        If player want the original sound effect, please do the following

i.                    Login STEAM and click on library

ii.                  Click on game Navyfield

iii.                Click on “manage”, then choose “property”

iv.                 Find the “DLC”, then uncheck the install box
