the trick on the neuts was, they get 1/3 vets of max crew automatically when classing them

hope its still so nowadays

How do you get those crew? Can you guide me in making the ticket step-by-step? Like which section of ticket should i choose? And how long till you receive them?

Best to do is class them all to engineers. Then level the 9 new sailors (BO/2 Gunners 2 Reps, 1 Scout and 3 Engs, 15 sailors for a BB7) easily, you do not even need to rotate the low level sailors at all.

Once classed to engineers, they will get 270++ vets.
