Which gunnery skill should you choose if you get elite gunners for a Kaiser? Accuracy or Reload? I know that km doesn't have separate gunners, i just wanna know which skill is better to have higher.

Elites are best until they cap. KM gunners cap earliest. If you really want elites get accuracy if you plan on playing blitz, otherwise they will be no better then my 10/10s later.

Most people say an accuracy advantage is more valuable at lower levels than a reload advantage, which is the only time you'll have an advantage.

mainly, you barely notice the rld difference between a base 11 or a base 13 at a given level, safe if you have different rld base on each gunners of your ship. Then you get annoyed.

You can use reloads for AA gunners. Reps and Engys are ok except sometimes you sacrifice a bit of your restore ability early on. However, like acc and rel, these restore is capped so overall I would say use the elites for your supports

Accuracy can help, get slightly better spread sooner.

I would use elite accuracy for AA. My 115ish KM AA do not have a good spread but the reload is indeed capped.

If you want to spot your shells landing before H39 an elite BO could also be nice, lol. I remember how freaking long it took until I could actually start using KM's range advantage. ;)

Elite or +14/+15, it won't change much. What you really need is to get it BVE.

The hardest ship to spot are Sharn/Gneis (PPro2/O1), and the ability needed to spot their shell is actually superior to the one needed to spot H39 shells for a BB FCS 2.

As soon as you get Bissy/O2, you get an FCS upgrade and unless your BO really sucks ball, you'll spot the shells easily.
