Regarding the post,

i'm going to prepare the sailor to hit L2 repaire cap. plz help me thank you

now i have

one repairer with +11 repair base, 47lv
three repairerswith +12 repair base, two 57lv, one 47 lv

one engineer with +11 repair base  , 58lv
two engineers with +10 repair base , 58 and 57lv
two engineers with +9 repair base, both are 57lv
one engineer with +8 repair base, 57lv

* all sailors have around 80 vets

In addition, what is the level, amount of repairers and vet needed to hit the POW repair cap? for my situation

plz help thank you

Lvl 120.
3 repair if you're smart.
4 if you don't care about your crew at all


And right now, you don't care much about your crew which you will regret later.

Is crew = seaman?

No.

Seaman is a failure in BB lines.

Engineers, scout, gunners, BO is your crew.

Engineers provide an extremely important amount of repair rate but then not much care about them. Gunners and scout can provide, but usually people don't give a damn about it so does BO.

While they could take 3-5 days to look for good sailors, most of the people start bitching around for months and years after they hit the end game.


Do me a favour., delete all of your crew. Either buy or roll new neutral.


Pick 11/10/10 Engie,repair, restore or better 12/12, 11/12, 10/12 etc.
12/10 repair/restore
at least.

To add.
There's 90% of the chance that your crew will not hit the repair cap even at lvl 120.
