no, planesman don't stack, so you ounly need 1, so as sonar

thay only get better at higher lvl
the higher ur lvl the faster your air reload is

it would be nice to be able to stack up plansesman but it really useless for there is a limited amount of sailors and displasment on the ship

Planesman do not stack. Only one will be working... so having more won't help in anything.
