  • Le Fantasque or L'Adroit?

I like dd's a whole lot, and I want to know which one of these I should pick. The fantasque has 1 more r slot but the adroit has more space on its r slots. So which one is better?

L`Adroit is tiny and has some big guns for a DD.
Basically, if there was a such thing as a Premium DD, the L`Adroit would be one.

L`Adroit if you want to play it like a sneaky french *censored* ;P

I went with the Le Fantasque, but you've generally got two choices really, the extra two level grind to get to the L'Adroit, or the extra two level grind to get from Le Fantasque into the DD Megador. and yes, it is quite refreshing to reach there and get a horde of new guns available that you didn't have access to with the limited gun space of Le Fantasque :/

I just went through both recently. found the L'Adroit to be the better of the two. more for play-ability than anything else though that really stands out.

I found the L'Adroit to be a lot more fun. It was actually useful in Blitz compared to the Fantasque, mostly because you could put bigger guns on it that had slightly more range. The difference was pretty easy to see at times since I found myself easily ranging most DDs and in many cases Cls (wrong setups I assume) when playing Blitz and I sunk way more ships in the Adroit as opposed to the Fantasque. (If I recall the ratio was like 3:1) The only problem with the L'Adroit was it's displacement...due to the way I leveled my crew in the early going I really maxed out its space and I had to change up my engine in order to fit a full crew.

1
