  • Missing ship and crew

Ok, before anything i found out laready that you can recover your old account contents when you come back to the game but i have a couple of questions.
 
1)do i recover everything i had?
2)i found out about this after playing for a couple of days what happens with what i have now?, i dont particulary care i mainly rolled some neuts but im asking cause i dont know if it will get bugged or something.
3) does it take long to get fixed? ( i sent the ticket today)

Ty in advance to whatever mod takes the time to answer this :D.

1. Generally, yes everything you had before is replaced, the exceptions are crews that dont exist now
2. The GM will let you know if there is an issue but mostly they just add to what you already have.
3. Account recovery is done by the GM's and as its a Holiday weekend it may be early next week
before it gets done.

A few weeks ago there was an update for some ships.

If i'm right your credits/point costs of the ship(s) have been returned. You have to re-buy it.
Check your HQ? 'items' tab? (Premium things)
