  • Parallels Black Screen

Hi, I'm running Windows 7 on my iMac, and when I boot up NF the Updater works fine, but when the game starts up with a black screen, though I can hear the music playing. When I switch out of Parallels, I can see the NF startup page on the dock icon so I know the program is working but for some reason it visually doesn't work when I actually switch to it. Any help?
Resolution:1920x1080
GFX card: 256MB
I don't see why it wouldn't work, the resolution is high enough. I do have DirectX installed, but maybe Parallels has poor compatibility with it.

I'm also using Parallels in my Macbook Pro but I've installed winxp and I don't experience any problems. Try changing dispay settings > color quality from 32-bit to 16-bit.

In general, Win OSes above XP have compatibility problems with NF. If all else fails and your desperate, install Win XP on your Parallels :P
