When I exit from Navyfield, the screen flickers with overloaded frame title bar (think extreme lag and the drag window frame around look).

This happens for less than half a second and then the computer reboots- Windows says this on restart.
Problem signature:
  Problem Event Name: BlueScreen

Ending the game via task manager circumvents this error, but I'm curious exactly what is causing it.

Can you read what the stop error is when you see the BSOD? If you are unable to read the message because the computer reboots, you can disable to autoreboot feature by doing the following:

For Windows 7:

1. Click on the Start button and then on Control Panel.

2. Click on the System and Security link.

3. Click on the System link.

4. In the task pane on the left, click the Advanced system settings link.

5. Locate the Startup and Recovery section near the bottom of the window and click on the Settings button.

6. In the Startup and Recovery window, locate and uncheck the check box next to Automatically restart.

7. Click OK in the Startup and Recovery window.

8. Click OK in the System Properties window.

It'll be helpful if you can identify the file causing the error and the stop error name (i.e. PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA)
