You mean 200 % chance for rolling vets,

or

200 % MORE chance for rolling vets?

Those are two different things.

Does it mean you have to have played a night battle for that to work? Or does everyone get it no matter what?

well ive played a few games tonight and the Vet thing im lost on since i tryed to convert Exp to Vet on a 55lvl BO of mine with 80 Vets atm and i didnt get jack out of 200 Exp lame
so in saying this i think its more towards like when Sailors death occur you have better chance at Vet increase when killing some ones sailors but who knows until a Mod says other wise

But how is this tied to the battle mode (ie. Night battle for today). Do I have to roll for vets right after I play night battle, or is this 200% for anyone playing any battle mode?

Yeah, putting "+Vet Rate 200%" underneath the "Night Battle" boosted room of the day...

I've read less confusing things, that's for sure.
