Also if you can't class your whole crew, I suggest you stop grinding that crew, roll a quick FF crew and go back and earn some points so you can class you crew properly. Don't late class sailors, it causes problems later on.

matter of preference in fact. I prefer to give full engine ability to my engineers, but then again I also tend to not care if I hit the rep cap or not.
