I would also love to point out that I couldnt play the whole time because of "data file has corrupted" cuz i got a new computer. it would be GREATLY appreciated if something could be dont, i spent real money here.

try to submit a ticket about this. i think they can give u ur stuff back but iam not sure.

Did you check your item window?

What nation was it?

since you haven't played over a year, you account was put to sleep just wait for them to reply for your ticket, and since there was a server merge please make sure you are on the right server

kaiser = nelson + bismarck
nebraska = yamato + darn i always forgot XD

you can find your stuff (prem ship) at item menu and your cred and point will return back to what you have the last time you play

yup, your account will be put to sleep if it hasn't been 'touched' for a while. Also, there were a few patches that might have resulted your premium ships / sailors being stored back at the item list.

Check your item list at the right top corner in the game first, if you still can't find your sailors/ships. Send in a support ticket stating your problems :)
