  • Need little help from NF Team

I forgot my olive security key and an 'question answer' to recover it. Now i cant change my pass to acc and i cant play (using temporary password) . What can i do to get some help? I have  no idea if my ticket get to NF team  and i cant play  and Iam loosing  my chance to participate in the event.  What i should do and who can help me?

Your Ticket is in the Que and when a GM gets on Today they should be able to help.

You should be able to reset it via the website but if that doesnt work you will have to wait for the
GM to respond.

The problem is i forgot this question 'what is your favourite something' and other stuff like that. I dont remeber the question and answer to it so i cant manualy reset the olive security key.

So, it is possible for GM to reset it for me and send an information to my e mail adress on which the NF acc was registered (i never changed it)?

I only have my second ingame password and an temporary acc password and i know what i have on my acc. This information is enough to verify if my acc belong to me?


And the last question, what is the possible time space (server time) for me to log in to catch eventualy the mg online?
