search for NF-Fixer. Now that HS is off it should be working again.

I don't see how NF fixer is a real issue.

1)There are keyboard with macro implemented.

2)Yet, tons of keyboard doesnt required you to tap tap tap tap the spacebar to keep shooting in NF.

If you don't already have the keyboard, NF-Fixer is the cheap alternative. And by cheap I mean free.

Such keyboard normally cost around 100$. If someone pretty much only plays NF, its kinda a pointless investment imo.

Well i installed nf fixer 3.2 and it did not work... everything installed right and it started the updater, got to the pic of the plane with the spinning loading graphic and it quits. so maybe its not working so hot anymore? I did try to disable all the functions and it didnt help btw. guess no laptop nf for me =( not worth busting the built in keyboard / looking like an idiot at the airport.

You need to install it not directly in the NF directory, it will still work fine.

The sound file is creating crash with the Sound patch SDE implemented, about a year and a half ago.

You might also try to follow the steps someone described to totally remove HS from your comp, either in GD or Technical section.

Since I'm to lazy to move my NF Fixer files I have an alternative for you. Start NF-Fixer, go to your Navyfield folder (I have a shortcut to it on my desktop), remove the dsound.dll from the folder, Launch NF. Been doing that for years even during the HS fiasco and it still allowed me to use it.

NF-Fixer of course, it contains the codes that it would need to use it's switch window when the battle starts option as well as the sounds related to that as it's name implies. Without it Nf-fixer is crippled but the AA still works fine, which is all I use it for.

My keyboard HP which cost about 15$ and another one for 20, doesn't need to macro or mega tap spacebar to keep shooting the guns.
