Try to redownload the proper patch again, if after that, it still doesn't work, contact the GMs via support ticket with your error log.

Error logs can be found at your game folder, with the file name "FCMLOG.RPT". Sending us this log will be helpful to determine your current situation. (Just open it in your notepad and copy-paste it to the support ticket.)
