If you're not using them, cash them in to collectors who look for sailors with stats like these.

If by default crews you mean yellow sailors, you won't be able to trade them. You can always roll better sailors with better stats, depends on what you want ( gunners, reps etc).

I believe those are pre-yellow. They should be tradeable.
