  • Rookie sailors dying.

When I'm in battle and sometimes when I get shot it says that two or more rookie sailors died. What is the point of this? Does it affect my ship? Is it pointless?

A rookie can be easily replaced. But if u ever see an officer death then that's more of a problem.

So it doesn't affect your ship? Because I'm still confused, why it is important to me if I can just replace them.

This should alert you after the battle to go check your sailors and add more rookies. Wait until you start losing skilled sailors and officers....

ok building on from that.. shouldnt your ship go faster if you lose enough rookies like if you cut them in the shipyard?
