Hello everyone i just recently started playing this game a couple weeks ago and want to know whats the best way to class my gunners so that they got good spread ...

Also , I dont got real money to spend on this game so i cant buy myself premium items like vets and experts so whats the easiest way with out spending real money to get the best results out of your crew (Meaning gunners, engineers, repairs)
My crew is 6 Engineers 4 repairs 2 gunners and my bridge operator for anyone who may ask.
Thanks for the help .

Nice setup for a crew, but I'm missing a scout in that list. If you don't have 1, get 1 ASAP.

Also I'd advise you to get a 2nd BO and keep levelling the BO's at about the same pace, at least until you hit the BB's ( preferably even after that). With only 1 BO it is inevitable that your support will fall far behind your BO by quite a lot. A 2nd BO will keep your support nearer to the BO's levels or even above it if you keep using the 2nd BO in the BB's as well. Also your gunners will be ahead of your BO which is also a very good thing.
A ship with proper level support and gunners that are ahead is a lot better and more enjoyable than a ship with too low lvl support and at level gunners.

About classing, class your support on time. Since you have the crew for a BB6 I guess you're aiming for the long run, in that case definately class your Gunners to reload.

AA and just playing ( and winning) gives you experts. Do not hesistate to try vet conversions, the first 30 veterans should be close to a 1 for 1 conversion rate ( not for all sailors), 50 veterans shouldn't be too hard to get either. After that do conversions when you have a lot of experts or when there is a vet conversion event on, or when ever you're feeeling brave.
