Just take elite acc gunners, fill em full up with experts and only 140 vets.
i even make blockshots with the quad guns on lyon with lvl 84 gunners.
Or just use a seaman to increase acc.
remember, just use elite's and don't think the rookies make a good gunner.
you realy need ebve to make almost every ship awesome.
When i use uk sirius or surrey mounted with only 6" i take almost every round a usa or ijn bb5 out.
offcorse i use my ebve lvl 120 crew for it, and come in with +59kn.
thats all.
ebve and max vets do just all the work
