Pre-CV Patch UK Fighters could actually hold their own in Fighter vs Fighter Combat,mostly due to the Planes Durability and the Bomber Ability which worked as defense back then.

Now with not only the Ability Change which made Fighter work only for Fighters,and same for Bomber/Bombers,the UK Fighters have lost any real Durability advantage due to the reworking of fighters making it so that lower level fighters have more Durability,Sight and Fuel Time than the Higher Level Fighters,SDE (Or whoever the hell it was) took the balance from Fighters (Barring MN,which was buffed too much in the CV Patch) and threw it out the window.

And certainly you don't need me to start on the Torpedo Bomber Question,do ya?

US>KM=MN>SN>IJN>UK

Dive Bomber Pecking Order.

SN=IJN>MN>KM>US>UK

Torp Bomber Pecking Order.

UK>>US>MN>IJN>KM>>SN

UK CV's are ok, just need a lot more micro than the other nations.
Most people went/go US now as they are somewhat OP'd, but my UK still does fine IMO

Current plane order is useless. It will be changed within the next few months. Follow the Test Area for more details.

ah ok that Tb question =) yes, that's something that IMO needs solving but I'm not sure how without unbalancing something else, but that's a whole other can of worms.

I made a US CV crew, based on the consensus that they are the best, and got them to lvl 55 before realising I don't want to be a FW. I know US can bomb too but I wanted a nation that was good at it, not just mediocre. After some trading I now have most of a lvl 60 IJN CV crew, 4 DBs and 4 FPs but no BOs for the line yet. Working on it anyway =) I hope to find a nice balance but it's good to know where I stand,
