  • CV Fighter Pilot Troubles

I have a Graf I with lvl 73 fighter who gets a respectable amount of exp after each battle but I am currently leveling up 3 lvl 40 fighters who (I do use them in battle) only get just over 1,000 per fight.

When I put them on my Ad Hipper they seem to get 10-20k exp.

Is this normal?
