Unless they are also changing the IP addresses of the Servers to a routeable US provided IP address (instead of a Sth Korean IP Address) the Lag and Crash issues will continue to hit the player base.

Could there be an issue with your computer? If you can post in the Tech Support section on the specs of your system and tell them what is going, they might be able to help
