Looking up crew information on the forums, I find little for IJN subs. Currently I am level 41-42 2 torps 1:planesman.sonar,engi and i had to leave my repair out. I just got a premium sailor and would it be better to make my planesman premium or my engineer? I feel painfully slow and think the engineer would be better but understand everyone yells about upping your planesman.
