  • Just came back, can´t install.

Hi, i played Navyfield since beta, until Hshield came and i left.

Now i see you have removed Hshield so i´m going to play again.

I downloaded client 1331 and i installed.

When i try to launch the game this error appear.



So, i downloaded the enfuns installer.

After that, the launcher donwloaded 1 file and gives me error again:




I have the DEP with Navyfield added.
I uninstalled the game, deleted all the files. Restarted the pc. Used Ccleaner.
Reinstalled the game and the same goes on.

I have played Navyfield for years and i know there are always some bugs or problems, but its the first time i can´t solve the problem.

When i install the client there is a HackShield folder ... why this thing appear if you have removed from the game? Can i delete the folder?

I came back and i want to play, but i can´t. So Navyfield is still the same =P.

Any ideas?

well it looks like you have eu ver installed to its posible to have both but there is one folder they both use and that is D:\Games\SD EnterNET (thats for me). when i had both instaled it looked like this D:\Games\SD EnterNET_NA, D:\Games\SD EnterNET_EU, remove all nf files and reinstall game just make sure YOU change path of this when asked installing launcher. hopefully i made sense. will add pic when i finish prepping breakfast.

its nothing to do with hachshield folder in your game folders,when you install nf launcher thats the usual message then it launches, normal,erm u done summin wrong m8 it should launch,delete your fd list folder in your enfus updater file and retry.

My computer is a laptop.
Windows XP
Intel core 2 duo 2 ghz.
2 GB Ram.
Nvidia Gforce 9300.

There is no more technical support here??

try uninstalling your nf first using ccleaner and after installing delete the folder where nf is installed just to be sure then install a fresh copy of nf, let see if it will work, if not sending support ticket is the last option

Yes there is support, and yes you can delete the folder, but it sounds like your PC still thinks it has a
version on there, so you might want to follow the instructions in the common solutions to delete the game
and clear the Registry of any old files and re-download the full client and install fresh

Do you have NFEU on your computer as well or ever had it? It seems odd that it would redirect you to the euro NF site. It should be sending you to the north american site... assuming you are posting on the right server :)

I'd say that is where you should start looking anyway. This includes deleting any thing related to NFEU and doing an extra search for registry's from NFEU, folders, etc.

Did you read my first post? I have uninstalled. Deleted all the folders. Reboot. Used Ccleaner.
And installed again, i donwloaded the client 1331.

Now i made it all again.
- Uninstalled.
- Deleted Folers.
- Used Ccleaner and Tune up registry Cleaner.
- Reboot.

And this time i installed on a different folder on d:\ the game and the updater.

I added to DEP, and it worked.
