Type of Repairs? Elite? +12? +11?

And i'm assuming you are referring to 1 lvl 120 sailor right? not 4-5?

Your question makes no sense.

It was like this:

Repair cap at 35 Million true ability which equals 280dp/s

all sailors on board contribute to repair true ability.

As UK has repair bonus as national trait, I think, it should be the easiest nation to cap. Beside having extra support slot, beside having pretty bad AA therefore two additional repairer slots.

A 120 repairer will probably give you approximately around 5 million true ability, but it could be a lot more depending on nation and overvetting.

Edit: I just checked in the trade section, UK repairer +12 as benchmark with 200 vets is around 6.5 mill true ability, other nations should be below.

so it means all nation can get 280 dp/s on repairing the ship
