hi there,
depending from what bb you will want, if you are planning to go all the way to bb6 you will need a total of 14 sailors.
So basically i have the following ones:
1 BO
2 Main gunners
2 aa gunners
1 scout
5 engs
3 reps
This way you will have a descent repair rate plus enough O/H for your vessels so you can run away from all incoming bbs.
What would you do it is up to you, but you will ned more support and a scout.
