  • Lost Connection error after new ship purchase

Hello, I recently have developed an issue where I keep losing connection. The error happens in shipyard and in battle rooms. It seems to have started after the purchase of my new Courageous CV. I have sold the ship, reset the game, and bought it again only to still have the error show up. The message I get is: "Lost connection with the server". 

My PC is a Windows XP(SP3) using a wired router. I have a pathping report here:

Yes, I 've sent a ticket already but I was hoping for a second opinion.

HI there,
Sorry to say but the connection lost is a symptom of your internet and not the game.

From your pathping its clear you are having an issue as soon as you leave your router and get
onto RR lines and it gets worse from there.
You are getting packet loss at hop 3, 4 that indicate a local issue that RR needs to fix
Hop 9,10 and 11 are again a RR issue that should be addressed
Hop 13,14,15,16 and 17 are a Level 3 issue and RR cant/wont fix this but should clean up
your route.

Since you start off with some P/L right away it may be a cascading issue that just gets worse
as more are being resent and more are getting lost casuing more going be to get replace and
causing more to get lost, and then poof connection lost to the server.

Contact RR and have them start looking at your drop and then to thier node

Me and my friend also having bad lag and intermittent freezing since Monday. How do you do Pathping?
