Why not? Some time is going to be bad for someone. It's always been around this time. Changing now
would be worse wouldn't it?

you guys still talking about this? It is known to have maintenance at this time for....... last couple years? You should have plan ahead instead of blaming the system.

As for maintenance at 10pm, it has been like this for a very long time. It's a known date and time and people can plan for it. It wasn't a surprise.
