I still not sure how many repairs, restore and engys do i need? I know KM is good for its engine but is 2 enough
with EBVE? Can some pro help me with this support slot? Just start KM. Thanks

No, you are either 4 Repaimen and 4 Engineers OR 3 Repairmen and 5 Engineers if you are going to go all the way to Kaiser.

Look at Lord Kelvins speed cap table, it will tell you how many and of what type the engineers you want.

If you look at the H44 (as an example) it can only effectively use the BB II engine.

In the chart, going in columns left to right the QUALITY of the engineers. The middle two columns are where most people would be.

B Class - +11 BVE
A Class - +12 BVE

Going down the rows, that is how many engineers you have on the ship. Goes from 1 - 5.

From what you said, you seem to have only two EBVE engineers. Looking at the chart, you engineers would need about 280 vets (40% vet cap) and be Lv 105 in order to reach the speed cap.

If you had three engineers you would reach the speed cap at Lv 118 if they were +12 BVE.

If you had four engineers you would reach the speed cap Lv 110 if they were +12 BVE or Lv 113 if they were +11 BVE.
