  • no hope for 1366x768?

ive been looking around and seems theres nothing listed for my situation.

I play on my 42" LCD tv. the desktops resolution is at 1366x768 while I hear that NF is set at 1024. trouble is when i tried to change my desktop to 1024 it does the same thing NF does in that is shifts the entire screen left of center.

Ive seen the posts about 2 black bars but instead I just have one big one on the right. Tried several options through my nvidia panel and so far nothing works.

Been out of this game for awhile (annoyed all my sailors are gone) and wanted to get back into it but am I SOL? Doesnt seem like theres a fix unless if theres a window mode option that SD has apparently still ignored since last I played some 4 years ago.

i messed with my nvidia stuff for a while and the best i could do was stretch the screen.

just open NF and leave it running, then change settings in nvidia until it works for you.

yes nf got fix resolution of 1024x768 pixels, but go to your video property of your computer i think there's something you need to tick a checkbox there for got what is it, just try to dig deep in technical support forum there's a solution to your problem here already

already tinkered with all that. no option for flat panel either.

this is different from their gripes anyways. my black bar is ONLY on the right side. like the entire screen shifts over.

edit- suppose i should mention it completely cuts off about 1/3 of the viewable screen. so right at the dock i cant see the ship purchase menu that is normally on the left nor the options at the top.

edit edit- im trying one last driver update. but if it crashed my computer again looks like NF aint getting an old timer back =(

edit edit edit- eh screw it. now the game crashed when i try to exit and freezes my comp up. no change with the screens orientation.

Honestly does not sound like an NF issue, from a game setting standpoint.
