whatis the best feature of the myoko and how can i fully utilize it ?

It's basically a Mogami CA with 1 knt less speed and a slimmer hitbox.

The best thing about it would be the same as Mogami... probably the best firepower a non PCV can have in blitz and good AA if you use triple 6.1" A.

what's the average damage per heavy shell ?

you have 2 lvl types of 7.9' guns, 2 lvl types of 8" guns and 1 type of trip 6.1's, all of which have also L,D & normal gun versions(so that makes 15 possible gunsets), your damage & range depend on your guns, gunners & shell type (picking heavy like you mentioned, sounds ok for blitz, make sure to switch to lights when you hit the GB's).

all of which are available in the "ship info" part of the NF site

so unless your gonna be more specific its hard to awnser, and if your more specific you might as well look them up when your browsing trough the gun sets (ammo can be displayed by clicking the gun type in the table)
