Is there a way to set-up account so second password is required to class a sailor??

it sounds more like he wants an additional "are you sure?" check for e.g. US/UK gunners that need acc/rld or for AA gunners that need delay class. TBH if you accidentally class something wrong you have bigger things to worry about... and if someone hacked your account, you have MUCH bigger things to worry about also.

Rhetorical question.

He is worried because he can bin his valuable in the HQ when having someone else play his account and the second password protects most of his stuff like trading and dismissing sailors but it doesn't prevent classing of sailors like his scout or late classed gunners.
