Did anyone notice an EXP drop since yesterday night or something? I don't know if there was but I seem to be getting less EXP than I did on Saturday and yesterday evening.

thats because of the bonus exp for the weekend. The bonus was 250% for exp and crew conversion. This will take place again for new years eve. Take a look at the announcement forums. Also the holidy page where you click to see your coins. There is a drop down there that explains the dates for the bonus exp.
