I can see them in both navyfield and trainworld data but I can't figure out how can I use them.

It seems they are "special guns" and I expected I could equip my new Hyuga with them, but it seems that I can't?

Does anyone have more info on these guns?

Only the IJN PBB can mount them.

Besides hyuga is better off using 16.1" Type 90 by FAR.

Ah I see.

My sailors are only lvl 78 so they can't use type 90, but I am having a lot of fun with Mikasa 12'' right now. Those guns are so light I can OH with 54knts, which is awesome. :)

although the Type 90 is better overall, there is absolutely nothing wrong with the 16.1" Type 3 L (which you should already be able to use), and it has slightly more range. Mikasa guns sound fun but try the bigger ones out also.

IMO better range is better for me. Also I like the fact that I have quite a good spread with type 3, considering the fact that my gunners are 11/11 and the same level as the gun.
