  • CV's diyng breed

You think it was bad to get CV's to join a GB1 then? After this patch They are becoming less abundant. I have been kicked out of three straight rooms for no show of CV's to start those rooms. It's worst now.

And what in this most recent patch has forced this to occur?

CVs are the most important ship in a GB1 or GB2. With useless ones you lose.

With BBs you really only need 3 half decent ones to win but even with one of the 'usual' CVs you are at a massive disadvantage.

It's a thankless job and people don't like losing.

You need 4+ Good BB Players if you think of winning. No Offense but BBs share part of the blame too for being too scared to do something and sit back while (SOME GOOD CVs) spend their time scouting. Then when the FTs/Scouts up in the Air loose fuel thats when They decide to rush and then flame for CVs not scouting.

Basically lets put it this way.
- You can't win with just Good CV players and half "decent" BB players
- You can win a game with Mediocre or half decent CVs who attempt to scout.

Good CV players are a dying breed cause CVs got major nerfs and/or too big Buffs. Man when we only had T1-3s and locals(maybe.) Those were the good days. Not when those dreaded T4s came out and U.S > Everything

GB1s can start with No CVs and run quite fine.

Bigger problem is is the large number of players that don't have scouts loaded

Biggest problem is certain players that have scouts loaded, refuse to use them, all while spamming "CV Scout!!!!!"

Don't like the long waiting period? Don't think there is enough CV's? Then play CV.

Sure, if I could pick my team so I can play with the group I play with all on the same team.

You only need one good BB and one good CV. As i've proved with playing with you ;)

If I was being picky, an ASW escort with PHH and an AA ship would completely shut out everything. The rest of the team can be fodder to slow the enemies other flank while I decimate theirs.

You don't need 4+ good BB players to win.

Give me a CV5 with half a brain and level 100+ fighters and I'll win 90% of the time.
