I think it takes too long too. I've only done one trade and it was over the Xmas/New Year period so I let it slide.

I'd imagine there are more trades over the weekend (due to more people playing) and that's why it's slower. But that's the nature of the business. If I owned a bar or restaurant I'd know it would be busier on the weekend and there would be more staff on the job.

Next they're going to tell us that the "staff" are volunteers, so we should go easy on them... well that may work for moderation, but when cold hard cash is concerned, it's not good enough - especially considering the huge cash flow this must be generating.

As a paying customer, all I can say is - please do better.

Yeah im the guy that bought your stuff and i have been waiting for 37 and a half hours to get it yet i got a different sailor that i bought 5 minutes later... Its pretty garbage to have to wait so long to get them. I think they need to have it like WoW had their AH where you put it on there and then it goes off account until it is purchased or expires and then you get either your money or or sailors back.

and apparently neither on Thursdays or Fridays.

Seems like premium trade is dying, however not unforeseen. Go figure something that needs to be staffed in order to work.
